Co-ordination with Supervisors for the completion and tracking of Employee Performance Reviews, including Probationary and Promotional assessments and Annual Performance evaluations.

EMPLOYEE MANUALS & CODE OF CONDUCT

Customized Employee Manuals and Code of Conduct, including initial development, Employee issue and tracking, as well as annual review and revisions.

EMPLOYEE FILE MANAGEMENT

Set-up and ongoing management of Employee files, including hardcopy and electronic data entry, corporate phone lists, emergency contact information, Corrective Action Plans (CAP), and full attendance tracking and reporting.

EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION

New Employee welcome packages and orientation, including onboarding, mandatory corporate training, facility tours and introductions.

RETURN TO WORK (ESRTW)

WSIB injury reporting, Employee wellness check-ins and Early and Safe Return To Work file management and reporting.
